These terms cover your use of Topical Vault. By using the site, you're agreeing to them. They're written in plain language on purpose — this is a small independent study resource, not a commercial product.

What this site is

Topical Vault is an independent, unofficial revision resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge Assessment International Education ("Cambridge") in any way. "Cambridge IGCSE", "Cambridge International AS & A Level" and related names belong to Cambridge Assessment International Education; we use them only to describe which syllabuses the material relates to.

About the exam content

The past-paper questions, case studies, and mark schemes shown on this site are reproduced from official Cambridge examination material, sorted and organised by topic for private study. Copyright in that original material belongs to Cambridge Assessment International Education, not to us. We don't claim any ownership over the underlying exam content — only over the way it's organised, presented, and the site's own code.

If you are a rights holder and have a concern about how material is used here, contact us using the address below and we'll address it.

Acceptable use

The site is for personal, non-commercial study use.
Don't scrape, republish, or redistribute the site's content in bulk.
Don't attempt to disrupt the site (e.g. automated abuse of any interactive feature) or circumvent any access controls.

No warranty

Mark schemes, model answers, and topic tagging are provided as a study aid and are reproduced or derived from official material on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee they are complete, error-free, or exactly reflect the current syllabus — always cross-check anything exam-critical against official Cambridge sources. The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topical Vault and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including reliance on any content shown here for exam preparation.

If a future feature lets you compete against another user (e.g. a head-to-head quiz), an additional section covering that feature's rules (fair play, disconnect handling, etc.) will be added here before it launches.
